The verdict

Loftus makes the entry-level take on the money-printing gimmick, and at its price it is the easiest way to try the effect. The plastic body and rollers are unmistakably a budget build, but for a party trick or stocking stuffer that produces a novelty bill from blank paper, it delivers the laugh. Because the output is an obvious magic-trick bill and never a currency copy, it stays firmly in legal-safe novelty territory (prop money should be visibly distinct from real notes, and this is). Skip it if you perform for paying audiences -- the flimsy mechanism will not survive heavy repeat use.

What we love
  • Lowest-cost way to try the printing effect
  • Self-working and simple for kids
  • Light and pocketable
  • Output is plainly novelty fake money
Keep in mind
  • Plastic build feels cheap and can jam
  • Not durable enough for frequent shows
